Justin & Elissa Slezak have lived in Summit County for over 15 years. They are owners/operators of STEEP Brewing & Coffee Company as well as Breckenridge Coffee Roasters.     Is an avid dog lover, people person and outdoor enthusiast who equally loves fly fishing, backpacking/camping and snowboarding. Dep is a true believer that hardwork, integrity, honor, and a perfect pour-over are the elements to a simple yet rewarding life.

    Meet our Packaging Manager / Delivery Driver, Chad Manning! He knows Breckenridge and the rest of Summit County like the back of his hand. You’ll see him sipping a latte with a smile while driving around in the delivery van on his way to bring you coffee.

    In his free time, he fuels his day with he perfect blend of coffee, hard work, and adventures - from chasing everyday goals to conquering trails on his bike, hiking to new heights, and getting lost in good music.

Our priority is the environment, because without it we wouldn’t be able to do things we love in the place we love. We use an eco-friendly roasting process, as well as compostable-friendly retail packaging and reusable containers for wholesale customers.
