Justin & Elissa Slezak have lived in Summit County for over 15 years. They are owners/operators of STEEP Brewing & Coffee Company. Justin's passion is everything coffee (and beer) and has been roasting coffee for over 10 years and has visited coffee farms and roasteries in other countries. Elissa is a wildlife biologist for Colorado Parks and Wildlife.  She is not in the daily operations of STEEP Brewing & Coffee Company or Breckenridge Coffee Roasters, but she also shares a passion for coffee and loves to travel with Jusin to coffee farms and roasteries.
